You like to introduce site directed mutations into your target gene with the intention to change the amino acid sequence or to generate insertions or deletions?

According to your needs, we will perform your next in vitro mutagenesis project. It doesn’t matter if you need only a single mutation or several mutations, at the end you will obtain a DNA with verified sequence.

For complex projects or very large targets, we will design an individual strategy to keep the processing time as short as possible and to guaranty maximal success.

An additional service from us:

If desired, we will introduce next to the desired mutation a silent mutation changing the restriction pattern of the final mutant. By that, you are able to distinguish between wildtype and all mutants without sequencing – a simple restriction digest is sufficient.
