MasterT is an optimized and stabilized PCR master mix with the robust Taq polymerase. The ready-to-use 1,1-fold mixture contains all components except of the primers and the template DNA.

Through our consequent development and optimization, this master mix is extremely stable – this improves the yields and sensitivity during PCR and also has positive effects on the stability during storage.
