Crack’n Size

Crack’n Size is a fast and simple system to determine the size of inserts and cloning efficiencies. Preparation of plasmids and time consuming digestions are now unnecessary. Crack’n Size can be used to screen insert sizes of high-copy and low-copy E. coli plasmids.

Screening of clones may be achieved within one hour or less by agarose gel electrophesis.
