Alligator® Ligation Kit

The Alligator® Ligation kit allows the ligation of DNA fragments of all kinds (blunt, sticky, TA overhang) within just a minute of time – the time you need to setup and transfer the reaction.

This system is prepared as 2x premix, contains all components except of the DNA fragments (vector/insert) and works optimal at room temperature. The Alligator® Ligation kit is compatible with all commonly used chemical competent cells. Alligator® Ligation kit contains 30 reactions and is available in two versions, with and without competent cells optimized for efficient transformation.
